Refactor: Remove internationalization (i18n) support and related files
- Deleted i18n.py, zh_CN.json, and en_US.json files to eliminate localization features. - Removed scan_i18n.py script responsible for scanning and updating i18n strings. - Updated download_files.py permissions to make it executable. - Removed webui.py, which contained the main application logic and UI components.e3e7558
